I am a User Experience Designer and researcher passionate about identifying and solving problems. I am persistent in unravelling things to understand, evaluate and synthesize. Driven by curiosity, I am excited to discover the possibilities of designing services, systems, and products that elevate the human experience. I enjoy working on human-computer interactions, and I am curious about how humans think, act, and behave. I love hearing peoples' stories, through which I would like to re-imagine existing systems and frameworks, making them more inclusive and innovative.

In my practice, I have consciously adapted to being a designer who designs WITH the users and not FOR the users. Understanding your users is important. When you work with users, listening to what they want and need, observing their interaction with others, with objects, and with their surroundings, and asking them the right questions are all important to creating a solution that is truly a human-centred design.

EXPERIENCE
I have worked with:
[NDA] Conducted user research and ideating to design internal company tools utilising generative AI tools and capabilities for design and project management. My responsibilities included conducting a detailed analysis of multiple generative AI platforms that can be used for the design process, such as ChatGPT, Uizard, Dall-e 2, etc. Later, designing an experience to ease and enrich the design thinking process utilising the capabilities of generative AI tools and documenting the entire process.
[NDA] I worked on 5 different apps and websites utilising AR/VR technologies in the consumer/retail sector. My responsibilities included conducting thorough user research, market trends analysis, ideation, user journey mapping, SWOT analysis, personas, wireframing, prototyping, and documentation for each product.
[NDA] Identified problems and solutions to improve the UX for a client company’s internal data management tool. My responsibilities included conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey, identifying problems and delivering solutions. This included redefining the user journey, information architecture, information flow, wireframing, prototyping, and presentation.

[NDA] Conducted user research, market analysis, brainstorming, wireframing, and visual design for a senior health care management mobile application. This application is currently functional and has been successful in generating a large client base within a year of its launch.
